Stayed on the Regency Club floor at this hotel. Would recommend spending the extra to get a room on this floor. The room was of a high quality with expensive furnishings. The advantage of staying on the Club floor was that you were able to take breakfast and an evening drink in the Club lounge. There was no charge as this was included in the price of the room.
All staff at the hotel were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. Had a very nice meal in the hotel restaurant one evening, which rounded off our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Auckland, New Zealand.
